My desire with this resource page is to provide clients a place to quickly find resources to intentionally practice what we learn in session. Skills work is really “therapy”, like physical therapy, where you have to slowly retrain your muscles to be well and healthy. Skills work enables us to slowly, with intention, and repetition change our neuropathways in our brain to think different and behave in new ways. Skills work is work and it works!
